Helping Each Other As an international platform provider for cookie and script content, we support our B2B and B2C customers every day with full commitment and serve more than 100,000 websites with our service and are looking for further support for our team, preferably full-time, part-time possible!

Your tasks

  • You answer inquiries about our Cookie Consent Tool by phone or e-mail (ticket system) to know and understand the pain points of our customers.
  • You create individual offers in consultation with the team leader and advise on tariffs and their selection.
  • You provide basic/first-line technical support for customers with software problems.
  • You expand the documentation from the customer's point of view.
  • You mediate between customers and the development team.
  • You will test new features, describe them and assign them to marketing measures.

Your profile

  • Advanced knowledge of HTML / browser / Javascript to communicate at eye level in the team.
  • You know the developer console in the browser and can derive and understand things from it.
  • Enjoy processing customer inquiries and working in a creative team.
  • Enjoy contact with people.
  • E-commerce clerk or comparable training
  • High Internet affinity, confident use of browsers, search engines, team chats, etc.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills are required.
  • Great interest in solving problems and the enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new technologies.

What we offer

Cool location
We are located in Bonn Beuel on the right bank of the Rhine in the old wallpaper factory and are well connected in terms of transport and gastronomy. However, you will spend most of your time working from home anyway, if that's what you want.
